How To Use:
Brush brow hairs upward.
Shape and color brows with the powder pencil, building color for a natural or dramatic brow.
Blend color into brows and define and smooth the shape with the spoolie brush tip.
Sharpen pencil as needed to keep the perfect point for defined shape.
Finish with Brow Fix X to set shape and color.
